1. HOW TO CANCEL
Cancellations must be made by calling 407-473-9661, 10am-6:30pm Mon-Fri, Eastern Time. Cancellations must be made with a live operator. We do not accept cancellations by email or after-hours voice mail.
2. DEADLINE FOR CANCELING
A cancellation request must be received no later than 2pm (3) three days prior to delivery, and cancellation calls are not accepted on Saturday or Sunday.
3. CANCELLATION FEES
Once an order is placed, a series of events begins, ensuring accurate routing and a timely delivery. If an order is canceled, these steps must be reversed, involving significant administrative time. Our cancellation fees are used to cover the cost of this effort.
There is a standard $35 cancellation fee for basic orders placed online and a $25 cancellation fee for basic orders placed by phone. If an order is canceled after the deadline noted above, the full value of the order will be forfeited.
This cancellation policy applies to orders canceled on the same day as they are placed.
In cases where special order service has been provided, additional charges may apply.
4. CHANGES
We are happy to accommodate requests for changes if the order has not been dispatched.
5. RESCHEDULING
With sufficient notice (same as required for cancellations), orders may be rescheduled without a fee, although additional delivery charges will apply if the delivery address changes and the delivery charge to that address is higher than the original address.

DECORATING SERVICE DETAILS

The set-up charge is included in the price of balloon decorating items.
2. PROCESSING FEE
A processing fee is included in the price of balloon decorating items.
3. TAX
Applicable sales tax.
4. PLACING LARGE ORDERS ONLINE
Please check by phone before placing an order over $500 with less than 15 days notice, to ensure that sufficient inventory is available.
5. INSTALLATION TIME
Please call to place your order if your timing requirements are more specific.
6. OUTDOOR DECORATING
Please call to place your order if the balloons will be used outdoors.
7. REMOVAL OF DECOR
Removal of decor is not included. A quote can be provided if this service is required.
8. PAYMENT
Orders must be prepaid by credit card when the order is placed unless other arrangements have been made.
9. CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers are responsible for the cost of special order items if an order is canceled.
Orders canceled without special order items will incur the following fees:
• Orders canceled with 3 weeks notice: Full refund
• Orders canceled with 6-13 days notice: Fee equal to 25% of order value
• Orders canceled with 3-5 days notice: Fee equal to 50% of order value
• Orders canceled with 2 days: Fee equal to 90% of order value
10. FLOAT TIMES
Float times vary depending on balloon size, balloon type, elevation, humidity, temperature, and whether or not they are used indoors or outdoors. Please call for more details.

11-inch latex without Hi-Float® treatment: 20 hours
11-inch latex with Hi-Float® treatment: 3-5 days
16-inch latex without Hi-Float® treatment: 40-45 hours

Mylar balloons: Remain full for 3-5 days but will float 14-30 days
11. RECONFIRMATION
An automated confirmation of your order will be sent by email. A representative from our decorating staff will call within 48 hours (not including holidays or weekends) to reconfirm your order and ensure that all pertinent details have been addressed.
